How to obtain the CD Version

We appreciate your interest in obtaining a CDROM of the PLC Tutorial You may now purchase it directly from our University Bookstore by sending an e-mail to sm364@bncollege.com. The subject of the e-mail should read "CD-ROM request." In the body of your e-mail, include your shipping address. The cost of the CD is $9.95 plus tax and shipping. The bookstore accepts most major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express) or checks for payment. To pay with a credit card, include the following in your email: the card number the expiration date the name on the card a daytime phone number To pay with a check, you must contact the bookstore first, discussing the total price before you send your payment. All orders must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted and the bookstore will not bill you. Shipping within the US is by UPS and takes 7-10 days. Shipping outside the US is by USPS. It takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the country. Any additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, fees, etc. incurred on shipping outside the US are the responsibility of the customer. Cuyahoga county sales tax of 8% will be charged on all orders, unless you are purchasing the CD for a tax-exempt institution. The bookstore must have your tax-exempt information.
